Constitution

Human rights are moral principles or norms for certain standards of human behavior and are regularly protected in municipal and international law. They are commonly understood as inalienable, fundamental rights “to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being” and which are “inherent in all human beings”, regardless of their age, ethnic origin, location, language, religion, ethnicity, or any other status. They are applicable everywhere and at every time in the sense of being universal, and they are egalitarian in the sense of being the same for everyone. They are regarded as requiring empathy and the rule of law and imposing an obligation on persons to respect the human rights of others, and it is generally considered that they should not be taken away BY ARBITRARY rule or the circumvention of the law.

The United States Constitution Preamble, says, “We the people For the People and By the People” we are human beings that came together to form a more perfect union with unalienable rights before man and God. The declaration of Independence states that every man is equal before the law and God, therefore there was no need for the war amendments of 13th 14th or 15th since this founding documents declared that all human being has unalienable rights in 1776.

Article 6 in the United States Constitution is recorded to state that the United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land and any laws established by the State is not withstanding. In simple terms, the United States Constitution supersede state law.

No civil rights, statutory rights can abridge or infringed on the inalienable rights of any human being. The Universal declaration of human rights should be upheld by every citizen (natural or corporate) of the world, and every governmental representative supposed to adhere to the same.

The International Human Rights Commission-USA Regional members are defenders of the Human Rights of all human beings, and must work collectively to assure the peace and security of our citizens’ rights are no longer violated.
